Yes. The slab will need to be sanded after it is flattened. The Slabmizer leaves a fairly smooth surface, but there will minimal milling marks that will need to be  sanded.

Yes. We can flatten wood after it has been epoxied. A $30 charge will be added to cover the cost of blade replacement after the job.
